By downloading, installing, or using the FinanceBuddy mobile application (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms").

FinanceBuddy does not send emails or newsletters to users unless explicitly requested.
5. Advertising
The App may display advertisements. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the display of advertisements.

FinanceBuddy may use retargeting for advertising purposes.
7. Tracking Technologies
The App does not use any tracking technologies.
8. Age Restriction
The App is not intended for users under the age of 13.

Users can contact ChofiApps through the contact form available within the App.
10. Geolocation and Camera Access
The App may request and use geolocation and camera access for specific features. Your consent will be sought before accessing these functionalities.
11. Payment Information
The App does not accept payments online.
12. Termination
ChofiApps reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts and access to the App at its sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason.
13. Changes to Terms
ChofiApps reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Zagreb.
